Meet Devils on the Hill Pekelný kopec
You can take a seven-kilometre-long walk from the town to the lookout hill with a lookout tower.
Route length: 7 km
From the city centre, head to the town tower and then continue south towards Sokolská and Svatopluka Čecha Streets until you reach the cycle route No. 401, which will take you from the town to the beginning of the trail to Pekelný kopec. The trail is completed with rest areas and educational signs. After 2 km the trail turns right to the water reservoir and in the forest to the left at the crossroads. Here you have a choice of a heavier fitness route, where you can race with a devil, and of a lighter hiking trail. At the top you will find a lookout tower with a beautiful view of the countryside and the town of Třebíč. You can go back to the town on the way you have come here, or follow the green trail and see the water reservoir at Kostelíček on Strážná hora.
